About Dan McGrew
I've spent my career leading businesses and being accountable for turning strategy into results.
I've held full P&L responsibility, led teams at every level, and lived the day-to-day realities that come with running an organization. The decisions, tradeoffs, and accountability that ultimately sit at the top of the business. I know that responsibility because I've carried it.
Over time, I came to realize that the hardest part of leadership isn't technical skill or intelligence. It's having the space and perspective to think clearly while the business keeps moving. That's what pulled me toward this work.
Today I do two things. I chair a Vistage CEO peer advisory group in the Long Beach area, bringing together business owners and senior leaders who want to think bigger, challenge their assumptions, and learn alongside peers who carry similar responsibility. And through ClearBridge Consulting, I work directly with leadership teams to translate strategy into execution and address the real-world issues that get in the way of results.
My style is straightforward and practical. No MBA speak. No theory without application. Just honest conversation, perspective grounded in experience, and a focus on what actually moves the business forward.
