Our Content Publishing Tool

ClearBridge operates a private, internal scheduling tool that we use to publish our own articles and updates to our own LinkedIn member profile and the ClearBridge Consulting LinkedIn Page. This tool is used only by authorized ClearBridge personnel. It is not offered to clients, customers, or the public, and no third party can create an account on it.

When an authorized ClearBridge user connects a LinkedIn account to this tool, the tool stores:

• The OAuth access token LinkedIn issues to us, along with its expiration date
• The LinkedIn identifier for the connected profile or Page
• The post content, links, and images we author ourselves
• The scheduled publication time and the result of each publishing attempt

We request only the LinkedIn permissions required to publish content we have written. The tool does not read, collect, store, or analyze the personal information of LinkedIn members, including our connections, followers, profile viewers, messages, or feed content. It does not scrape LinkedIn, and it does not export LinkedIn data to any other system.

Access tokens are stored encrypted, are used only to publish content we have authored, and are deleted when the account is disconnected or the token is revoked. Content we schedule may be processed by third-party providers to help with drafting or image generation, as described below.

Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• When required by law
• To trusted service providers who help operate our website and publishing tools (such as hosting, database, email, analytics, and content-generation providers), and only to the extent necessary

Data Retention

We keep contact and inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you, maintain our business relationship, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe. Publishing records and access tokens are retained only while the tool is in active use and are deleted when no longer needed.
