This service is designed for founders, owners, and CEOs who carry full responsibility for their business and want a structured, confidential environment to improve decision-making, strengthen accountability, and gain perspective they cannot access on their own.
Vistage peer advisory groups bring together experienced business leaders who understand the realities of ownership, including P&L responsibility, people leadership, and long-term risk. Through a disciplined meeting structure and proven peer advisory framework, members are able to work through real issues with peers who challenge assumptions, test thinking, and help sharpen judgment. In addition to peer group meetings, Vistage includes regular one-to-one executive coaching. These sessions are focused working conversations centered on decisions, leadership behavior, and follow-through.
