Strategic Planning & Execution
Strategy breaks down at the handoff. The thinking is usually sound. What is missing is the structure that carries it into the week-to-week work of the business.
I work with owners and leadership teams to write a plan that can actually be executed, then install what keeps it moving: a short list of priorities the team agrees on, scorecards built around the few numbers that predict results, and an operating rhythm that holds people accountable without a meeting for every issue.
The goal is a plan the team can carry on its own. When the engagement ends, the cadence stays.
